A. Sometimes PostalMate generates a file that is not excel compatible. Open the file in Excel and save it again.

A. There are two ways to see if the package has already been reconciled. If you are reconciling every week then "already reconciled" package will not be in the PostalMate range for the current week and it will show up color highlighted to show the transaction does not exist in the current range.

If you have a large range of transactions from PostalMate, the duplicate transactions will get colored highlighted and you can see them.

A. If a pickup fee or any other fees is included in the invoice, these will be totaled and showed up in this area.

A. There is no Pickup fee for FedEx Express service. So you will not see a pickup fee for Express invoice. However you will see a pickup fee for Ground shipments.

A. When UPS does a correction (commercial to residential or something similar) on your transaction, it charges you twice. Once for the correct amount and the second time for the difference. We highlight these transaction and show you the total of the additional charges in the summary area.

A. UPS is doing an adjustment on a prior shipment. This shipment is from an older invoice.
